I am sharing these online because they are considered "classic" teaching articles, but are unfortunately out-of-print and all but impossible to obtain (other than 10th generation photocopies). These reproduced articles are shared for educational purposes only and are entirely free of charge, which is consistent with "fair-use" according to US Copyright law (Fair-use Statute Section 107).
